Refund & Cancellation Policy
How to cancel a monthly plan, and when a one-off project can be refunded.

- Monthly plans
- Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The current month, once started, isn't refunded.
- One-off projects
- Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of purchase and before work starts. After that, a pro-rata refund for work not yet done.
1. Monthly plans
- Monthly plans, including the Starter, Growth and Scale packages and any monthly service, are billed once a month in advance.
- You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Email support@seoeden.com with your order reference or the name on the account.
- Billing and work continue through the notice period. We don't refund a month that has already started.
- After cancellation, you keep everything we've made and all your accounts.
2. One-off projects
- This covers the SEO audits, tracking setup, dashboard build, technical fix sprint and site migration SEO.
- Within 7 days of purchase, and before we've started work, you can cancel for a full refund.
- After work has started, or after 7 days, you can still cancel. We'll refund the part of the price that covers work not yet performed, calculated pro rata. Work already delivered isn't refunded.
3. Results are not a reason for a refund
We never guarantee rankings, traffic, citations, leads or revenue, so lower than hoped-for results aren't grounds for a refund. If we haven't delivered what your order describes, tell us and we'll put it right or refund the affected part.
4. How to ask
Email support@seoeden.com or call (505) 600-3980, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm ET or Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm ET. We reply within 1 business day.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days of approval.
6. Changing your mind about a plan or size
You can move between plans with 30 days' notice, or sooner if we agree. A change to a higher plan takes effect from the next billing date unless we agree otherwise.
