1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of seoeden.com and to services you buy from seoeden, 304 Horseshoe Curve Dr, Lansdale, PA 19446, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Our services

We provide SEO services as described on the service pages and in your order confirmation. Each service has its own scope, price and billing type (one-off or monthly). We may agree extra work in writing.

3. Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before you check out.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, for example if the scope doesn't fit, and will tell you if we do.
• One-off projects are paid before work starts. Monthly plans are billed once a month in advance.
• Payment is collected by the method stated in your order confirmation or invoice.
• Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown in your cart.

4. Monthly plans and cancellation

Monthly plans continue until cancelled. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice, which you can send by email to support@seoeden.com. There is no long-term contract. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. What we need from you

To do the work, we need accurate information and timely access to your site, analytics and accounts. You confirm you have the right to give us that access. Delays in access or approvals can delay results.

6. No guarantees of rankings or results

Search engines and AI tools set their own rules and change them without notice. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, citation, lead or revenue outcome. We commit to doing the work described in your order, logging changes and reporting accurately.

7. Accounts and ownership

You own your accounts, including Google Analytics, Search Console and your Business Profile, and the content created for you once it is paid for. We may keep a copy of the deliverables for our records. We retain the right to reuse our methods, templates and general know-how.

8. Third-party tools and services

Some work depends on tools and services we don't control, such as Google products. Their fees are not included in our price unless stated. We are not responsible for changes they make.

9. Acceptable use of the site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it or access it unlawfully, no automated scraping that burdens it, and no submitting false or harmful content.

10. Intellectual property

The content and design of this site belong to seoeden or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy or republish the site or its sample documents without our written permission.

11. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the services.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, seoeden is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is". Sample documents use illustrative data and show format only. They are not results.

14. Ending these terms

We may suspend or end services if you breach these terms or don't pay, after notice. You may end monthly services as set out in section 4.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.
